Remi Douah, Research Fellow at the MDC, has completed a report on the work that he and MDC staff member, Joseph Hang, have done engaging the staff and other stakeholders of the workforce center at 800 West Broadway in North Minneapolis. The report looks at ways of improving the experience of the people using the building's services, from education to healthcare to workforce development. A second phase of work will involve prototyping and testing some of the ideas that came out this first phase. (photo credit: Sherman Associates)
