Dzenita Hadziomerovic

Dzenita Hadziomerovic is an educator and practitioner. Since 2000, she has professionally practiced with VJAA, an award-winning design studio, which focuses on delivering architectural design excellence that engages social, cultural, and environmental issues in a knowing and creative way. With research-based and collaborative work processes, innovative thinking, and the application of a broad spectrum of professional tools and techniques, Dzenita has been involved in planning, programming, and construction administration of various domestic and international projects over the past twenty years.

In addition, for the last ten years, Dzenita taught studios and BDA workshops, participated as a guest reviewer, and provided mentoring and guidance to students both on undergraduate and graduate levels of the University of Minnesota's School of Architecture program.
