Daniel Carlson

Adjunct Assistant Professor, Architecture

Daniel Carlson is an architect leading a distributed practice based between Mexico City, Los Angeles, and Minneapolis. He is a graduate of the M.Arch I program at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design and the B.S. Architecture program at the University of Minnesota's College of Design. He has experience working in the offices of Dellekamp Arquitectos (Mexico City), Barkow Leibinger (Berlin), Christian Kerez (Berlin), PRODUCTORA (Los Angeles), and Escher GuneWardena (Los Angeles), among others. His studio is currently developing projects in Minnesota, Los Angeles, Wyoming, New York, Florida, Portugal, and Mexico City. Daniel has been a guest critic and thesis advisor at the University of Southern California, the University of British Columbia, the City College of New York, the Harvard Graduate School of Design, the University of Minnesota, and the ETH Zürich.
