In her role as the Human Resources Generalist II in the College of Design, Christine provides consultation to managers and employees focused in the following areas: employee relations and performance management; onboarding and training, engagement and inclusion; HR process improvement; and human resources management systems (HRMS). Christine is responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with managers and employees in College of Design departments and research and outreach centers, and central University OHR teams. She reports to the director of human resources.
