ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Interlude at Highland Bridge is a senior living community located in the Highland Bridge development of St. Paul, MN. The community offers both independent and assisted living options for residents, is pet-friendly, and is designed for users 65+ in age. The public areas of this building are designed to be open to the public—the community is encouraged to visit and use these spaces.

The design of this senior living community is inspired by the concept of interlude. We spend so much of our lives running and working and stressing and doing, yet we rarely have time to just exist. For these residents, their time in this senior living community is a chance to slow down and appreciate all of the things they have been too busy, stressed, or distracted to notice in the world around them.
