Sharon Roe

Senior Lecturer (retired)

Sharon Roe is an architect specializing in the design of highly technical buildings. Her 25 years of teaching and research have centered on developing and integrating methods of architectural design into the rapidly expanding digital environment. She has written and spoken internationally on both her teaching and research. Her expertise has been instrumental in the development of the computing environments at MSU and NCSU.

Sharon has been active in the development of curriculum and administrative issues such as innovation in undergraduate education (Bachelor of Design in Architecture), in first and second Professional Degree Programs, and Professional Program Accreditation. She has a well-established record of bringing her students to local and national attention through paper presentations and design awards.
