Peter has administrative experience across higher education, international programs, and the federal government.  He joins us after 10+ years leading and supporting units, teams, projects and grants. Peter is an alumni of University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs, where he earned a Master of International Development Practice (MDP) and was a FLAS and Boren Fellow in Beijing (China-Africa).  He also holds an undergraduate degree in political science from St John’s University in Collegeville, where he completed his thesis on housing challenges in Nairobi.
