American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (AAFCS)

AAFCS is the only national forum where K-12 teachers, university educators, and corporate executives collaborate to improve the quality of individual and family life. Their members are professionals who educate and influence generations of American consumers in our classrooms, our companies, and our communities.

Costume Society of America (CSA)

The Costume Society of America advances the global understanding of all aspects of dress and appearance. They work to stimulate scholarship and encourage study in the rich and diverse fields of costume.

Fashion Group International (FGI)

FGI is a global, non-profit organization in the fashion industry including apparel, accessories, beauty and home.  Minneapolis/St. Paul also has a local chapter. 

International Textile and Apparel Association (ITAA)

The ITAA is a professional, educational association composed of scholars, educators, and students in the textile, apparel, and merchandising disciplines in higher education.

Textile Society of America (TSA)

The Textile Society of America, Inc. provides an international forum for the exchange and dissemination of information about textiles worldwide, from artistic, cultural, economic, historic, political, social, and technical perspectives.
