Everyday Spaces of Healthcare is a new collection of case studies by College of Design architecture Professor William F. Conway, FAIA.
In the book, Professor Conway reviews problems and possibilities facing designers and clients in a select series of contemporary healthcare facilities. His case studies introduce readers to innovative approaches to four familiar territories: gardens, pathways, waiting areas, and retail environments. The research recognizes the benefits that can accrue from attention to them, and presents findings for those in the healthcare design industry. Full Story
