Landscape Architecture Minor

Graduate students in the Landscape Architecture Minor develop professional design skills through courses that address the increasingly complex relationships between art, ecology, and community now influencing landscape design. Students in this minor study how to use landscape architecture to add to the aesthetic richness of our culture; how to better integrate biological, geophysical, and ecological processes into the field; and how to better design for urban and suburban people and places.
