The Human Factors and Ergonomics minor is for graduate students interested in the enhancement of human performance through the design of tools, systems, working environments, processes, and organizations. With applications in everything from apparel and interior design, to reinventing business and health care processes, human factors and ergonomics is used in a wide range of professions.
