Lab Reservations

College of Design faculty and staff can reserve the Rapson Hall room 33 and McNeal Hall room 305 classroom labs for University-related purposes. College of Design students interested in reserving a room for University-related purposes may make the request via a faculty member that will "sponsor" the reservation. Any reservation requested by a non-College of Design employee will be subject to a usage fee.

Reservation Process

For reservations or questions about room availability or technology, please contact the Academic Technology Resources Coordinator, Greg Lockhart. When making a reservation, please provide the desired room, date, time and a brief description of the reservation purpose. You will receive an email confirming your reservation if the room is available at the requested time. Room schedules can also be reviewed in the University's Astra system.

Lab Technology

Both classroom labs are equipped with Dell Precision Workstations and projectors with ceiling speakers. Each room has an instructor PC that is connected to the projector or adapters are available for instructors to connect their own computer to the projector. Software installed on the PCs can be found on the Software List.
